Returns & 7 Day Refund Policy

 

Exchange Policy

 

If the wrong product has been supplied, or if the product is faulty or damaged during manufacture, handling or  delivery, INGOL (Pty) LTD will exchange it on condition that the customer returns the products within seven days of receipt.

In such an instance, INGOL (Pty) LTD will make a 100% effort to exchange the product (upon receipt of the returned product) with an equivalent new product. This includes Cleaning Products, Industrial Fasteners and Electric Motors. INGOL (Pty) LTD reserves the right to repair / rework the product to new in the case of its steel table range. If this is not possible, INGOL (Pty) LTD will refund the purchase price including delivery cost upon receipt of the returned product/s.

 

7 Day Refund Policy

 

Should you no longer want any product purchased from INGOL (Pty) LTD, your product/s may be returned to us within 7 days of your receipt of our product, no questions asked but with the following provisions;

  1. The customer informs INGOL (Pty) LTD that they do not want the goods anymore.
  2. Return shipping will be for the customer’s account.
  3. Good must be returned within 7 days to 6 Gamka Street, Stikland Industrial, Belville 7530.
  4. Goods returned need to be the same goods purchased, and be in a new / unused condition for INGOL (Pty) LTD to refund the customer’s purchase costs.
  5. Goods which arrive back at INGOL (Pty) LTD, having been used, defaced or otherwise damaged, will not be refunded.
  6. INGOL (Pty) LTD reserve its rights not to refund the customer, if points 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 don’t apply to the returned products.

 

INGOL Cleaning Products Shipping FAQ

 

Shipping when purchasing for under R1500.00 attracts a cost* which varies depending on size, weight and the shipping address.

*Shipping is only free when your order is greater than R1500.00. Orders less than R1500.00 will attract a shipping charge unfortunately.

Notice: Industrial cleaners are usally shipped by MDS Collivery on behalf of INGOL (Pty) LTD once payment in full is received.

Delivery costs vary depending on the weight and size of the order. The shipping costs are calculated per order at checkout. If you have a question,  please mail customerservice@ingol.co.za 

“Overnight by 10:00 tomorrow” means a customer will receive their order before 10:00 am the following morning. The customers’ order needs to reach INGOL (Pty) LTD before 11:00 am on any given day for delivery by 10:00 am the following day

“Overnight by 16:00 tomorrow” means a customer will have receive their order before 16:00 pm the following morning. The customers’ order needs to reach INGOL (Pty) LTD before 11:00 am on any given day for delivery by 16:00 pm the following day

“Road Freight Express in 24 – 48hrs” means a customer will receive their order in 1 to 2 days (Usually a cost effective choice)

“Road Freight in 48 – 72hrs” means a customer will receive their order in 2 to 3 days

• Couriers don’t give an exact time of day for the delivery but will deliver between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
• No Deliveries will take place on weekends or public holidays
• Deliveries are made via courier (Door to Door)
• MDS Collivary require someone to be at the address provided to accept the delivery otherwise the goods will be returned and this will delay you receiving your goods on time
• Provide contact numbers and contact persons receiving the goods
• No deliveries to a Postal Box
• INGOL (Pty) Ltd reserve the right to part ship goods on all orders to the customer and to invoice each shipment separately, unless otherwise stipulated by the customer. This is to make sure that the customer receive their stock in a fast and efficient manner.

Do you offer overnight shipping?

Yes we do. Please select either “Overnight by 10:00 tomorrow” or “Overnight by 16:00 tomorrow” when checking out. Note however that orders must be received before 11:00am on the day of ordering for overnight deliveries to be effected, otherwise your delivery will take an extra day.

How do I track my order?

Simply visit the track & trace link and enter the tracking number which you were sent.

Shipping is free when the “Free collection from our offices” option is selected when checking out; goods can be collected from our offices at INGOL (Pty) LTD 6 Gamka Street, Stikland Industrial, Belville.

INGOL Steel tables Shipping F.A.Q.

Generally there is no delivery charge for steel tables. Steel tables are manufactured to order. Lead time is between 2 and 6 weeks, depending on how busy the factory is. Once completed, your superb steel table will take 3-4 days to arrive at major centres country wide. Outlying areas might take 2 extra days for delivery. If you have questions,  please email customerservice@ingol.co.za

INGOL Electric Motors & Water Pumps Shipping F.A.Q.

Generally there is no delivery charge for electric motors and / or water pumps. If in stock, then delivery is 2-4 days countrywide. If INGOL are awaiting stock on your item then delivery is an extra 3 – 5. Outlying areas might take 1-2 extra days for delivery. If you have questions,  please email customerservice@ingol.co.za
