There is a std delivery charge for electric motors or water pumps. If in stock, then delivery is 3-7 days to major centres in South Africa. If INGOL are awaiting stock on your item then delivery may take an extra 3 – 5 days. Outlying areas may take 2-4 extra days for delivery and will incur a delivery surcharge* If you have questions, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
Notice: Goods are only shipped by Freight Time on behalf of INGOL once payment in full is received.
*Remote delivery addresses attract a surcharge. Please see a list of towns where a surcharge applies here.

How do I track my order?
Simply visit the track & trace link and enter the tracking number which you were sent.
If the wrong product has been supplied, or if the product is faulty or damaged during manufacture, handling or delivery, INGOL will exchange it on condition that the customer returns the products within seven days of receipt. This is underwritten by our suppliers including ACTOM, MOTORELLI and RAPID ALLWEILER.
In such an instance, INGOL will make a 100% effort to exchange the product (upon receipt of the returned product) with an equivalent new product. This includes Electric Motors & Water Pumps with the proviso that this equipment has been installed by a qualified electrician or . professional pump installer.
